Anyone looking to reduce recovery time, stress, pain, or muscle tension could benefit from this treatment. Our therapists use the modern technique of suction-cupping. In this technique, a hand-pump creates a vacuum and the suction draws tissue up into the cup, increasing blood flow, loosening connective tissue and stimulating healing. Cupping is a great addition to any massage.

WARM BAMBOO STICKS

Bamboo massage therapy is similar to deep tissue massage or Swedish massage. However, the massage artist uses warm bamboo sticks to warm the muscles and reduce pain in the ligaments and joints. The bamboo sticks can help with a firmer and more extensive technique to reach knots formed by lactic acid and other tension-causing wastes.
